Frank J. Manley IV
Attorney Frank J. Manley is both president and founder of The Manley Firm. Manley, who leads the firm's trial division, brings a wealth of experience to the task. A trial lawyer since 1982, Manley has successfully handled thousands of criminal cases, including many of Michigan's highest profile cases.
Mr. Manley has the skills, knowledge and expertise to handle all types of state and federal crimes. He has won not guilty verdicts in murder, rape, drug, and burglary cases. He has also successfully and aggressively defended clients accused of white collar crimes such as forgery, embezzlement, and larceny.

Amy K. Harris
Attorney Amy K. Harris is the lead associate attorney of The Manley Firm, heading the motion division, and providing extensive services across the area of criminal law. Ms. Harris unites with Mr. Manley in providing the leading criminal defense in Mid-Michigan.
Ms. Harris is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Michigan State Law School, and a veteran of the United States Army Reserves. She has handled or assisted on hundreds of criminal law cases ranging from traffic violations and license restorations to murders and criminal sexual conduct cases. Ms. Harris brings expertise, passion, and former prosecution and judicial clerkship experience to the Defense of those facing loss of their freedom.
